Pirates Training is all about how hard you are going to work to get to your goals. Because CrossFit affiliates have created a community so special, Pirates Training is strictly an add on program to your class schedule or regular programming. The goal is to see athletes in the gym progress and succeed. Pirates has 30 min sessions of training that you can subscribe to and it can be completed either before or after class.

COLE ANDERSON
after receiving his BACHELORS OF SCIENCE IN KINESIOLOGY FROM AZUSA PACIFIC UNIVERSITY, cOLE HAS BEEN COACHING AT THE AFFILIATE LEVEL FOR OVER 2 YEARS. he launched PIRATES TRAINING BECAUSE HE WANTED TO continue to help NEWCOMERS AND COMPETITIVE ATHLETES reach their fitness goals on a more personal level.
