focus on pure weightlifting. this will be a pre-programmed track that will allow you to get started and pick up where you left off. it will be a 8 week cycle that is geared for beginners or athletes looking to get back into it.
skills
focus on different levels of gymnastic skills. ranging from getting ring Muscle ups or a legless rope climb. 4 week cycles that will allow you to focus on a single skill to see rapid progress compared to maintaining a skill.
cardio
mono-structural pieces that will allow you to keep sailing. fixed tracks that would be great to add on to your regular training or to get where you want to go. building that lactic threshold is critical for CrossFit.
